2 Tons
The ACIQ-24-HP-E-32 heat pump condenser has an output of 2 tons, generally enough to heat and cool a small house in ideal climates. In many system configurations, the tonnage of the unit's paired coil or air handler will be larger in tonnage than this condenser, which maintains the efficiency of the unit. Please note that this condenser cannot function on its own, and it needs an indoor coil or air handler to work.
Disclaimer: This condenser contains R32 refrigerant, which is classified as an A2L refrigerant. To comply with safety standards, this unit must be paired with an R32 air handler or evaporator coil equipped with a leakage detection system. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in safety hazards and could void the warranty.

The ACIQ-24-AH-E-32 air handler is rated for an output of 2 tons. While the unit does require a condenser to function, heat kits may be installed in the air handler to provide supplemental electric heating, which can be used as a backup heat option for a heat pump setup.
Installation and Durability
To make a more versatile unit, ACiQ designed the ACIQ-24-AH-E-32 to easily be installed in an upflow, downflow, or horizontal left/right position. For durability, the ACIQ-24-AH-E-32 air handler is designed with an extremely strong outer casing to protect the unit.
