South Mini Splits offers two distinct ways to apply for help purchasing eligible mini split and central HVAC equipment: Breeze lease-to-own and Magwitch traditional financing. Apply with the provider, receive a decision, then contact our team so we can build the equipment order and complete the final agreement with you.

Breeze lease-to-own

Breeze is a lease-to-own program. It is not the same as a standard installment loan. The provider purchases or funds eligible equipment and you make payments under the lease-to-own agreement. Ownership and purchase-option details are controlled by the final Breeze agreement.

Magwitch financing

Magwitch is the traditional financing path. Qualified applicants can request financing for eligible equipment and repay the financed amount according to the rate, term, payment schedule, fees, and total cost shown in the final agreement.

  • If approved, review the approved amount and any preliminary terms or conditions.
  • Contact South Mini Splits with your approval and preferred HVAC equipment.
  • We build the complete order, confirm product compatibility, and calculate the final total.
  • We coordinate the documents required to connect the approved financing with the order.
  • Review and accept the final financial agreement only after checking the payment, term, rate, fees, and total repayment amount.

From application to order

How the financing process works

The application is only the first stage. Approval must be matched to a confirmed equipment order, followed by contract preparation and your acceptance of the provider's final agreement.

    Compare Breeze lease-to-own with Magwitch financing and select the option that best fits your purchasing goals.

    Complete the application

    Apply through the provider's secure website. Enter accurate personal, contact, and financial information so the provider can review your request.

    Receive and review the decision

    If approved, save the approval notice, approved amount, expiration information, and provider instructions. Approval does not reserve equipment, create a South Mini Splits order, or mean the final agreement has been accepted.

    Contact South Mini Splits

    Email or call our team with your name, provider, approval information, delivery address, and desired equipment. If you are still selecting a system, we can help build an eligible equipment package before documents are created.

    We build and verify the order

    Our team confirms model numbers, indoor and outdoor unit compatibility, voltage, accessories, availability, pricing, shipping, and the final order total. If the total exceeds the approval amount, the order may need to be adjusted or another payment method may be required.

    Contracts and final agreement are prepared

    After the equipment package is confirmed, South Mini Splits coordinates the order information needed for the Breeze lease-to-own contract or Magwitch financing documents. The provider controls its approval requirements and financial terms.

    You review and agree

    Read every document before signing. Confirm the financed or leased amount, payment schedule, term, rate if applicable, fees, total cost, ownership or purchase-option conditions, and cancellation provisions. Ask questions before accepting anything you do not understand.

    The order moves forward

    Once the required agreements are accepted and funding or authorization is confirmed, South Mini Splits can process the order according to the finalized equipment list and delivery details.

An important distinction

What an approval does—and does not—mean

An approval is permission to continue the process under the provider's conditions. It is not a completed equipment purchase or a guarantee that every requested item can be included.

Magwitch is the traditional financing option, while Breeze uses a lease-to-own structure. Their eligibility standards, agreement terms, payment schedules, costs, and ownership treatment can differ. Compare the final documents—not only the estimated payment—before deciding.

Does an approval automatically place my order?

No. After approval, contact South Mini Splits so we can confirm the selected equipment, availability, compatibility, shipping details, and final purchase amount before documents are completed.

What happens after I contact South Mini Splits?

We use your desired equipment and approval information to build a complete order. We verify the system components, pricing, availability, delivery information, and total. We then coordinate the order information needed for the provider's documents and your final agreement.

What if my order costs more than my approval?

The equipment package may need to be adjusted, or you may need to cover the difference using an accepted payment method. Do not assume an approved amount will automatically increase. Our team can help review practical alternatives.

Can South Mini Splits guarantee approval?

No. Breeze and Magwitch independently review applications and determine eligibility, approval amounts, and terms. South Mini Splits cannot guarantee an approval or a particular payment amount.

Can I finance a complete mini split or central HVAC system?

Eligible purchases may include complete mini split or central-ducted equipment orders. The provider's approved amount and terms apply, and our team will verify the final equipment package before completion.

When should I agree to the final documents?

Agree only after the equipment list and total are correct and you understand the provider's payment schedule, term, rate if applicable, fees, total cost, late-payment terms, and ownership or purchase-option conditions. Contact the provider about financial terms and South Mini Splits about the equipment order.
