5 Tons
The ACIQ ACIQ-60TD-HP heat pump condenser has an output of 5 tons, generally enough to heat and cool a large house in ideal climates. In many system configurations, the tonnage of the unit's paired coil or air handler will be larger in tonnage than this condenser, which maintains the efficiency of the unit. Please note that this condenser cannot function on its own, and it needs an indoor coil or air handler to work.
Disclaimer: This condenser contains R454B refrigerant, which is classified as an A2L refrigerant. To comply with safety standards, this unit must be paired with an R454B air handler or evaporator coil equipped with a leakage detection system. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in safety hazards and could void the warranty.

5 Tons
The ACIQ-60TD-AH air handler is rated for an output of 5 tons. While the unit does require a condenser to function, heat kits may be installed in the air handler to provide supplemental electric heating, which can be used as a backup heat option for a heat pump setup.
Installation and Durability
To make a more versatile unit, ACiQ designed the ACIQ-60TD-AH to easily be installed in an upflow or horizontal right position. For durability, the ACIQ-60TD-AH air handler is designed with an extremely strong outer casing to protect the unit.
