Overview
The Perfect Aire 3PAMSHQC12 simplifies do-it-yourself installation with no special tools or training required. This 12,000 BTU unit is designed for rooms up to 500 square feet and comes with everything needed, including a your choice of 16ft, 25ft, or 50ft Installation kits With step-by-step instructions, connecting the outdoor condenser to the indoor blower is easy. The included remote control allows you to choose between four operating modes, and with the Perfect Aire app, you can control and monitor your mini split from anywhere with a wireless connection.

Operation
The 4 Main Operating Modes:
- Cooling: 12,000 BTUs, ideal for up to 500 square feet.
- Heating: Heat pump technology providing 11,500 BTUs, suitable for up to 450-500 square feet, with a temperature range of 62-80°F.
- Dehumidify: DRY mode acts as a dehumidifier, removing 1.5 liters/hour, nearly matching the best-selling portable dehumidifiers.
- Fan Only: Four fan speeds for air circulation.
Energy Saving Modes
- AUTO Mode: Automatically selects the most efficient operating mode to maintain your set temperature.
- SLEEP Mode: Adjusts temperature by 2°F every hour for the first 2 hours, maintains optimal temperature for 5 hours, and then shuts off to save energy.
Smart Operation
The 3PAMSHQC12 model includes a built-in wireless smart controller. Download the Perfect Aire app to connect and control your mini split from your smartphone or tablet, allowing remote mode switching and scheduling with a Wi-Fi connection.
Other Cool Features
- Programmable Timer and Mode Scheduling: Set TIMER ON and TIMER OFF in 30-minute increments up to 10 hours, then 1-hour increments beyond.
- 4 Fan Speeds: Options include Auto, Low, Medium, and High for customizable comfort.
- Auto-Restart: Automatically resumes settings after a power outage.
- Auto-Swing Louvers & Angle Memory: Even air distribution and memory for preferred louver angle settings.
- Turbo Button: Quickly reaches the desired temperature.
- Anti-Mildew: Operates in a low-power mode after use to dry out moisture and prevent mildew.
- Refrigerant Leakage Detection, Self-Cleaning, & Self-Diagnostics: Displays “EC” when leakage is detected, and LED codes indicate the unit’s status, including defrosting and filter alerts.
