The MRCOOL® MCMP4860COTB Pre-Charged Coil streamlines installs and retrofits with a factory R-454B charge, a pre-installed TXV, and compatibility with MRCOOL® No-Vac® Quick Connect® line sets or standard flare/sweat connections. A CoolGuard® corrosion-resistant aluminum coil and a built-in A2L leak-detection sensor add durability and safety for dependable, year-round comfort.

Safety & Install Notes
- Install per national/local codes; provide clearances for service, piping, and condensate lines.
- Keep coil level for proper drainage; when wider than the furnace, use a field-fabricated adapter/transition.
- Connect the refrigerant leak sensor wiring to the leak-mitigation control kit as specified; avoid exchanger temps > 200°F that could affect the sensor.
- Use two 3/4" condensate connections (one plugged); add a properly sized trap and pitch the drain line to an open drain; consider a secondary pan where required.
- Do not install in moist, corrosive, obstructed, or hazardous locations; equipment must be grounded. Installation and servicing should be performed by qualified personnel.
