5 Ton
The Goodman GPHM36031 heat pump packaged unit is rated for 5 tons. This size of unit is generally suitable to cover a larger house in many climates. Please note that the heating output of this unit cuts out at 30°F. For heating below this temperature, a backup heating kit is required, as a field-installable accessory provided at an additional cost.
13.4 SEER2
At 13.4 SEER2, the Goodman GPHM36031 heat pump has the standard efficiency on the market today, making it installable in all mainland US states. If you would prefer a higher efficiency, a 15.2 SEER2 unit would be around 12% more efficient than this one.
Warranty
Goodman offers a 10 year parts warranty on the GPHM36031 heat pump packaged unit when its installation follows state and local codes of the installation address and when the unit is registered online through the manufacturer.

The GPHM36031 is designed to be durable and sturdy, with its cabinet made of heavy-gauge galvanized-steel and its enhanced coil protection.
