The company Roadrunner poorly handled delivery. It was originally supposed to be here on October 3rd. Then got pushed back 3 separate times. Then yesterday the estimated delivery was between 8-10am. At noon, I still hadn’t received any updates so I called Roadrunner support. To which they said they have no idea where the driver is and that they would reach out to me again with updates. They never reached out and I was told I would receive a call from the driver when they were 30 minutes away. I never received a call from the driver until 2:00pm when the driver was at my house. Overall, this pushed back the work on my house by 2 weeks and I am very unhappy with how the delivery went for these items.
