Internal Mechanics & Parts
The "heart" of your system consists of the Condenser Coil and the Blower Motor, which work together to move heat in or out of your home. The Expansion Valve regulates the flow of refrigerant, while the Accumulator protects the compressor from liquid damage. During the cooling process, moisture collects in the Drain Pan, which may require a Condensate Pump if gravity drainage isn't an option. For units operating in cold weather, a Crankcase Heater ensures the oil remains at the correct temperature for startup. Our Parts collection includes everything from Replacement Filters to Control Boards. Proper airflow is maintained through External Static Pressure management within ducted configurations. If you notice a drop in performance, it may be time for a Coil Cleaner application or a check of the Delta T (Temperature Drop). We provide all the specialized HVAC Accessories needed to keep your system running at factory specifications. Keeping these internal components clean is the key to a long-lasting Ductless Mini Split.
