Horizontal swing refers to the ability of the indoor air handler's vertical louvers to move side-to-side, distributing air across the width of the room. This is often combined with vertical swing (up and down) to create "3D Airflow" for total room coverage. You can control this feature via the remote on most of our wall mount and floor console units. This ensures that even in a large room, the conditioned air reaches every corner without creating cold drafts in one spot. It is a favorite feature for our multi-zone users who want precise comfort in every room. Many of our Mitsubishi models feature highly advanced motorized louvers for this purpose.
